Mr. Baum recently got murder charges dropped by the San Diego County DA's office. Mr. Baum's client had confessed to the murder and was found to have gun shot residue on her clothing. After two jury trials ended in hung juries, the DA gave up and dropped all charges.

Mr. Baum's client was federally indicted in the Northern District of Florida (Pensacola) for trafficking in over 200 pounds of marijuana and laundering over $400,000. Facing a 10 year minimum mandatory sentence, Mr. Baum was able to get client a sentence of 30 days in jail and 2 years probation. (U.S v D.D.)

People v MF - Charged with murder in Los Angeles County (Lancaster), client was accused of being the "shot caller" in a gang related murder. A jury trial resulted in Mr. Baum's client being acquitted of all charges.

People v RE - Charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and the Infliction of Great Bodily Injury, Mr. Baum was able to get the DA to DROP all charges.

Mr. Baum's client was charged with federal weapons violations. Mr. Baum successfully fought the charges and got the case closed against his client.
